“I had reserved items from the app. When I went in I was told there were no holds. I explained that I have a lot of anxiety and don’t like being approached by everyone and that’s why I shop the way I do. Drew completely understood me and helped find all the items I had previously reserved. He was readily available for assistance. Got me in and out! “My girlfriend bought a pair of shoes here, turns out it came with 2 left shoes. She called finish line in Sioux City and they offered to exchange them, when she arrived she was treated poorly by AJ a cashier and went home very disappointed. I went to the finish line in Sioux City and spoke to the manager named Connor, he was very understanding and polite and offered us an exchange, he even wrote off the extra 10 dollars that we owned because of the poor experience from the day before. I hope the owner of this location is well aware their reviews because Connor deserves a pay raise, he displayed excellent performance in the work zone.”
“This store is stellar. I have an incredibly difficult time finding shoes as I’ve recently had foot surgery. The associates at this store have gone above and beyond to help me find comfortable shoes, especially in wide. They don’t carry many wides in store, but there are thousands of options online and every time I’ve had a return to this store it’s been seamless. You can even return worn shoes if they’re not working for you! Shoe shopping is not easy, but Famous Footwear in Sioux City has made it easier for me.”
“Jessica and Brittney did an awesome job. I came in a little before closing time(sorry about that but couldn't be helped). They were courteous and professional and helped me through a few pair(probably 10) of boots to find one that met all my needs. In the end I went with a pair of timberland boots that feel great and I'm confident I will get a few years out of them. Thanks again for the professionalism and assistance. “Purchased a treadmill. The owner and another assistant arrived (early) to deliver it and put it together. They took the time to show me some of its features and make sure all is in order. In and out in half an hour. Great service and always great to see owners involved in the day-to-day business!”
