Should NOT have to call everyday I’m out of town for my card to work! When called the first day to let them know how many days I would be gone! Poor customer service!

I went in to make a deposit for my church. I usually use one of the other locations. I was asked if my deposit was from "cookie sales", since when do we ask where your money came from? After I replied from the church TWICE again I was asked from cookie sales or something? How is that anyone's business? General questions like "how's your day going? Or "Do you have plans for the new year? are appropriate. I guess because I'm a woman of color that equals suspicious money right.This is total discrimination and racial profiling. And needs immediate attention. I continued to be polite and still said happy new year.This makes me want to move our account elsewhere.

Friendly and professional, calls you by name. Always clean and there's a drop box for after hours deposits.
