Was at Wells Fargo but decided to try another bank for Mortgage Refinance. The refinance process went fine until we got to a particular issue w/ the title. We decided to not refinance and had to pay over 700 dollars for the paperwork fees. Perhaps to some this is a known possibility but since I was quite inexperienced in such things it would have been nice to have known. When asking if any of the paperwork I had signed spelled out the possibility of those fees in such an event I was told "no". Yet they required me to pay it anyway. Spoke to lawyer but he advised that it would likely be easier to take the 700 dollar lesson and go on my way. Which I did. Buyer beware.

Everyone there is very friendly. Love coming here when I’m in town. I get taken care of quickly and always with a smile. I highly recommend them especially Gina. She always has a smile on her face and just makes it a very pleasurable experience

I cannot say enough good things about this location! The ladies are always so helpful over the phone. Martha and Sodonny are the best! I get through the drive through fast and efficiently. I love seeing these friendly faces on my weekly bank runs!
