If I could give this bank a negative review I would. don't even attempt to deposit cash the ATM unless you want them to take half the money and not give it back. because "they need it to balan out the ATM". And don't even try and deposit a check either it will take 5 days for them to even approve it. So unless you're rich and don't have to worry about money. Don't even bother with these people.

A long-time customer shared with me her experience with this bank and I am shocked that a woman was spoken to as if she were a child, not knowing how to be responsible with her own money. I have been a resident of SC since birth and have always been proud of this financial institution in our community. No longer. I suggest if you are a woman living in this city, to take your business elsewhere where you will be treated with respect. It's 2024, and this sort of behavior, on the part of the male financial officers of this bank, is unacceptable. They certainly need to forego their misogynistic ways.

Signed up for an account online because they have higher interest rates than my current bank. Initial deposit failed due to "Unknown Error". This was after 2 days of trying to verify the account and the website not working. I made 3 more attempts at making an initial deposit into the account, all three failed. At this point, I was no longer able to access my account. I called to speak to someone and was directed to voicemail. It has been 3 days and I have not received a call. I sent an email at the end of the same day as I called, requesting that they close the account, as their processes are clearly unreliable. I received no response. Today (3 days after my email and call), I get an automated summary email of my high-interest account, stating that I did not meet requirements (duh, I can't even access the thing or get ahold of anyone), so they are bumping me down to a different level. I responded to the email, copying and pasting my email from 3 days prior and as of the end of today, have not received a response. So, I call again today, and I'm told that my account has been closed. I received no communication to verify that, they just went ahead and did it without any replies or communication to confirm that my request had been granted. Don't bother with this place, not worth the hassle.

SNB is the place to go for banking services that are unmatched. We recently purchased a home here and Janelle Noreen made the process effortless. We highly recommend SNB for their great service and friendly staff.

I have absolutely no complaints. Holly and Security National Bank have been wonderful to work with. Every phone call, email, face to face contact was swift and knowledgeable. Holly was fantastic to work with. She was funny, charming and answered all of our questions at the drop of a hat. Extremely pleased with everything!
