Sams club, can you please help me?! I ordered a mattress on January 6th. It was due to come the 22nd. We got a phone call saying they'd be here the 22nd for delivery. That day came and went and we received nothing. I've called that same number as well as customer service multiple times and keep getting the run around. At one point they offered to deliver me a used mattress while we wait for reorder ??I've been sleeping on my bedroom floor since the 22nd and am in so much pain from it. (We got rid of our old bed, assuming the new one would be here!!) Idk where to go from here as the customer service I've received thus far has been nothing but a joke. For the $ we've put in you'd think they'd have some solid form of communication and accountability.Someone please reach out to me!!! ?

Always great savings, "scan and go" app is a must, scan your items as you go the scan and go app makes waiting in line a thing of the past you can say hello to a 10 minute Sams Club trip.

Looked online to see the hours and online stated the store was open until 830. Pulled in at 8:09. The cart pusher, approaches our vehicle said they were closed, we told them okay the website said they closed at 8:30. He responded well your website is wrong with a snoody attitude. Had he not have responded in that manner it would not have resulted in a negative response/rating.

Great atmosphere and variety of bulk items to choose from. The app makes it easy to shop because you can scan with your phone and skip the line by paying through the app.

What can I say? This is the experience at the Sam's in Sioux City, Ia. People going the wrong direction at the pump. One could deal with that, I suppose, but when they take up two pumps and you can't even get to a pump to get fuel. And the attendants are useless. And this is consistently EVERY. SINGLE.TIME. In addition, you have a man peeing by the fire hydrant and smoking a cigarette at the same time. And Sam's personnel saying that's okay.

cafeteria does not practice food safety... the employees will leave the prep stations and ring up an order with their gloves on and then go back to the prep station without changing gloves.
