Had windshield replacement in my Prius. Price was best in town and service was great. My concern was that the job was done right and there was someone to come back to if something wasn’t done right. The warranty was a factor even if out of town.

No option to talk to a live person. Tried to schedule two vehicles at the same time because I life an hour away but the only option is to schedule two different ones and they once I scheduled one online the next option would be days away. Even tried scheduling further out but it would only let me do one per day. A live person would have understood that.

SAFELITE SUCKSTwo weeks ago we had an appointment for 11:30 AM at Safelite auto glass. When we arrived the receptionist told us it was too late in the day to fix our car. She said a convertible takes all day, so we must reschedule.Today we drove there and the same woman told my wife they couldn't work on her car because she was 10 minutes late. The receptionist didn't ask if she could leave her car overnight. She told us if we weren’t happy with them, she knows a guy who's really good. With that statement I knew they didn’t want to or didn’t know how to repair our car.I get the feeling the Safelite technicians aren't comfortable with working on a convertible or they're not properly trained to handle the task. According to my brother, who has owned Auto Glass Connection in Arlington, TX for 25 years, Safelite technicians are trained for two weeks then are listed as factory trained and certified.To save yourself some grief, find another shop.

Quick and easy service. I am so happy with the results. Went straight to the store location in Sioux City. Way better than trying to push buttons on automated informational call.

Any business that you have 0 capability of speaking to a human being - RUN. Called to see it they could handle my car, due to it's complexity, and had various other questions. Went through automated hell, which then was told could transfer to an agent queue. Went to agent queue, and immediately got a message that said they only do quotes online and offered a $25 discount. Again, I will run as fast as I can from a business that has a complete lack of any form of customer service. Not even worth 1 star- Google desperately needs to give the ability for negative stars.
