The team at Roosters went above and beyond to help us out. Lost a throttle cable on a 1998 Road King on the way to Sturgis. Called a couple of Harley dealerships and Roosters came through for us and had it repaired and in the trailer in no time. The reason the Road King went into the trailer is because once we walked into the showroom, I knew we’d be leaving with more than a throttle cable! The selection of bikes and the price tags could not be beat. Mandi the Asst mgr was great and made the sale of a brand new 2024 Harley go smoothly. Blu the technician and all of the staff were so helpful and friendly. I’d recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a bike as their prices and service can’t be beat. My husband left on his new bike and continued the ride to Sturgis in comfort and style!!!

If I could give a negative rating, I would! Horrible customer service to folks traveling from out of town! Disappointing that your dealership doesn't live the "culture" of Harley!!!! Will be sharing my experience with corporate Harley-Davidson!!!!

Stranded on the side 1,000 miles from home is nowhere you want to be. Rooster's H-D came to the rescue...I can't say enough good about Seth the technician, and Parker, the tow operator. Thank you team. What an outstanding group of people.

On July 10, 2024, I was traveling to Okoboji on my bike and stopped in to Rooster's Harley Davidson, I was met by Carter and he was very welcoming and set me up with the ladies behind the counter because I always grab some apparel when going to new Harley places. They were all amazing! On the way home, outside of Sioux City, I began to have an electrical issue and stopped back in to Rooster's. Carter helped me get back on the road and didn't charge me a dime! Wonderful staff and very welcoming place! They will definitely by one of my choices to look when I am trading in my bike. Thanks guys and gals for all your help! See ya soon!

The staff and service are above expectations. The employees take the time to know you by name, meet your needs, and accommodate when possible. I feel blessed to have them in my area. Oh, and the bikes!!!!!!

Omg... one of the absolutely friendliest and BEST dealerships I've visited. Desiree, Cameron, Mandy and Blu are the best. They were extremely helpful, proactive and provided excellent customer service! Highly recommend!?
