I went to Home Depot this morning to look for a railing for my outdoor steps for my house. When I got there I walked around for nearly 40 minutes and had seven employees walk right past me without asking me if they could help me find what I'm looking for. I was Intentionally looking around to see if they would ask me if they could help me find something and no one ever did. Finally someone directed me to I'll 20 and I found the item I needed. However when I got there there was a large cart with lumber that was blocking the aisle. I just left the cart over and slip by and was looking at my part when I realized that a forklift was coming into the aisle to do some work. The two employees on the forklift stop and just looked at me with disgust that I would walk into their work area. Instead of coming over and asking me if they could help me so I could buy my product and leave they just stood in the aisle with their hands on their hips with their disfavored disgust look at me until I finally said screw it I will go to another store.

Anyone that knows me knows I don't usually make these types of statements but...They sold me $7500 worth of flooring; their installers put it in and within one week it started coming apart. Installers never showed up to finish correcting the problem. We had to remove it because it became a safety issues for our employees and customers for another $4000. Now Home Depot will not correct the problem because I removed the flooring. I would NEVER recommend them & I want everyone to know how they screwed me.

I ordered a washer dryer to be delivered July 5th the washer showed up with a dent on the front. I accepted the delivery for a discount as long as the washer worked . First use the washer was not working right . I have called Home Depot several times not only do they not answer the phone half the time they send me to departments that can't help me and also don't check to see if someone is there to be able to talk to me causing me to call back several times. When I finally got ahold of someone they said GE would have to send someone to repair it. No one has ever come and I have tried calling GE and the Home Depot to attempt trying to get my washer fixed. I went along with this for long enough at this point. I bought a brand new washer and that is what I want. I should not be having to get my 1day old washer repaired. Let alone I don't think GE is sending someone I get all these notices that a repair man is coming and I miss work only to not have someone arrive. please just switch me out with a working washer and you can call GE to have them repair it since this should be your problem not mine.

No organization, call a head a day, to pick my purchase up, was told everything would be ready, and nothing was prepared. Very poor service.

Service is terrible from management on down. Their "pro service" desk attempts at multi tasking by attempting to help several customers at once often leads to mixed up orders and frustrated customers. 3x this has happened to myself and after discussing this with the management I see it starts at the top. After the final episode of Home Depot delivering the wrong product I was reassured by the management that the correct product was to be delivered the next day. Not only was it not delivered but after calling the following day we were informed that we would require proof of the wrong products delivery before a replacement could be scheduled for delivery. Needless to say I will be filing a small claims suit to get our delivery fee waived and reimbursed for the wrong item they refuse to pick up.
