“(Visited 2/24/2020 at 12:37pm) There's an attendant here at this Sam's Club Station, his name is Mike. You can find his picture next to Customer Service in the dictionary. Super friendly and super duper helpful. I'm a Black man, and honestly my appearance is that of a homeless person, I just like looking bummy. But this guy treated me as if I was his neighbor. Thanks Mike, I'll be coming back here when I'm in town! The other attendant was very sweet also, unfortunately I didn't get her name. The station itself is easy to access and the ceiling has at least a 13' Clearance.”

“I used to have my prescriptions filled at Walgreens, which was such a hassle, plus a lot of the time, they didn't have the medications that I requested. I absolutely love Thompson Dean Drug! They have never run out of the medication that I need refilled, and the ladies working there are lovely.”

“We travel a lot and have visited Walmart stores across the country. Singing Hills Walmart is one of the cleanest, largest, and most well-stocked we've shopped at. We found everything we needed for a family funeral reception. One negative note: the pharmacy/medications area was difficult to find. Signage was not visible from certain areas, especially to the rear of the store. Otherwise, it is a nice, clean store.”

“Always like the folks that work here at the one on Floyd Boulevard. Very friendly bunch in and out no time. Don't go there much anymore everything went to mail order but when I do stop in it's nice to say hello same friendly faces are there and it's very reasonable”

“We arrived at your store from Cape Cod, Massachusetts. We were overwhelmed by the size of your store. We needed to pick up five items for an appetizer we were planning to make for a family reunion in Marcus,IA. A young women asked if she could help us. We are two 80 year olds who must have looked bewildered. She wrote down the five items we needed and escorted us quickly throughout the store while we put the items in the cart Amazing. This would never happen in the Northeast.... ever. What a wonderful employee who went out of her way to help us. She knew where everything was in the store. She deserves a raise. Thank you Whitney.”

“I give every Hy-Vee in Sioux City five stars!!! The customer service is always the best! The shelves are stocked and set nicely. The sliced meat counter is the absolutely the best! The people behind the counters of prepared food are knowledgeable and super kind! Unfortunately, the eating area was not so clean. But, I'll take great customer service anytime!”

“I don't usually do reviews of pharmacies but Nick, one of the pharmacist there, changed my mind as he is simply put the best pharmacist I've dealt with in the 40'ish years of my life.They do get backed up, a lot of scripts and a smaller store I think is the issue but a simple call and they are on it. I am glad to have a decent pharmacy and again, Nick deserves praise for going above and beyond dealing with insurance, mailing meds, and just being great.”

“I've always had good experiences with this pharmacy. One example, my 1 year old daughter needed antibiotics late one evening and they offered to fill it right away before they closed so she wouldn't be in pain all night. I've been to almost every pharmacy in town and this one does what they can to get you what you need. I visit them at least twice a month.”
