This place has gone down hill over the years. Gal said they'd call our name, waited 20 min to find out our food had been sitting on the counter the whole time. Salad was missing the meat. Twice with delivery our sandwiches were missing the meat. Very disappointing for such an expensive place.

My daughter and I have a marvelous meal at this location on May 24 at 4pm. We had the most wonderful cashier. She was very pleasant and so helpful in telling us exactly what was in our sandwiches, so we knew just what to order. We really enjoyed talking with her. I think her name was Kristine, but I am not sure. We wish her all the best and hope to see her again soon.

Tho the food was good, my bread bowl was only filled up halfway for it being a 12 dollar soup bowl. That and I don't know if it's an Xtra charge for the piece of bread they give u, but it seems that way on the receipt and I didn't ask for it.

For TWO weeks in a row there have been no baguettes at dinner time. Not only are they out of this, but they are also out of items such as bacon for a BLT. Something needs to be figured out!

The food was good. My issue is that they don't tell you when you order the "You Pick Two" if the sandwich you ordered is part of the deal or not. When I got to the window and got my total, I asked, "Did the price of the You Pick 2 go up? This seems really high." The gentleman working said, "The Greek Goddess sandwich isn't part of the You Pick Two. We can't cut it in half". I said, "Man, that sure would have been nice to know when I was placing my order..." No response. Just closed the window and walked away. Found out later that I am not the only person that this has happened to. I'm not asking them to break rules to get me what I want, but simply communicate that what I'm asking for isn't an option in that specific combo. Then I'm not getting a full sandwich, which I don't want, nor am I spending twice what I expected to.

This is the dirtiest place ever!!! Everyone working was dirty. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!! The food wasn't good at all. None of us got filled up. They never did a group soup before so we got screwed out of that. Not professional at all just gross. The bathrooms were cleaned but they were Dao slippery. Whoever did the mopping left the floor ridiculously wet!!!! Horrible

First they give me the wrong soup to go. Ordered chicken noodle & received brocolli. Went back to get correct soup and the chicken noodle soup was terrible! Hardly any chicken or noodles - ALL broth that tasted like grease. YUCK

SOOO disappointed! I ordered you pick2 with deli turkey sandwich and tomato soup, to get home after a long work shift to find out I got a Mediterranean veggie sandwich. NOT HAPPY! I tried to call over and over for 40 mins to just keep getting hung up on! HORRIBLE customer service. I WILL NOT be returning!

The quality of bagels has really gone down. No chew. No peanut butter. No jelly. No smiles from the staff.
Parking: Very dirty. Lots of garbage in the lot.Needs a good spring cleaning

We've gone to Panera for years at this location specifically and it used to be our favorite. We would get both big and small orders and never had any notable issues, food was always good, service was great. I'm not sure what has changed but the last five times in a row that we have gone they have messed up our order, left out items, given the wrong item, or on our most recent visit (2/26/24) completely forgot a sandwich. I understand that accidents happen which is why we kept going anyways, but it's become a habit at this point. There appears to be no quality control, and little to no remorse for mishaps. I will say, on this incident the manager that assisted my husband was very kind and did correct it the third time but the initial people weren't very helpful or apologetic. Arguably Panera is not a cheap food option, they're higher end pricing as far as convenience foods or comparable options. However, we still aren't expecting perfection, we're just expecting to get what we pay for, especially considering the price and how expensive EVERYTHING is in this economy. Hopefully something changes for the better.
