I bought a part yesterday at the W. 7th location in Sioux City, Iowa. My mechanic husband installed it and it did absolutely nothing to solve our issue. I tried to take it back for a refund since it was obviously faulty. The guy said they couldn’t refund it because it was already installed and said “it’s yours now.” What’s the point of the warranty? I was disgusted with the way I was treated (likely because I’m a woman). I made my husband take the exact same part to the Gordon Dr location in Sioux City and they refunded him, no problems. We were going to buy another part, but after my husband heard how I was treated we have decided to take our business elsewhere. I will NOT recommend the W 7th location to anyone!

AMAZING SERVICE AND EXTREMELY FRIENDLY STAFF! My alternator went out on a trip for a funeral in Montana and they went the extra mile and changed it out for me and I can’t express enough thanks to everyone there, especially all management and Justin, who did the repair! God bless you all for your kindness!

Stopped to get some fuses late at night because one of mine burned out on my main dashboard of my kia and they were very helpful about finding the correct location in the store where they were located
