They have a great selection of parts for older motors and things. Very good description on products. Shipping maybe alittle longer than you would like, but some parts come from manufacturers...so understandably just fine.

Had an issue with another supplier. Called Northern Auto Parts. Wish I knew who I spoke with. He was great and easy to work with. Made sure they had everything in stock. Got the upgrades to the kit that I wanted and shipped on same day. Two days later the kit was on my door step. Everything was packaged well. Couldn’t be happier. Definitely recommend using them

Big mistake buying from these people. I purchased a part from them via Amazon. The listing was for a high quality Dayco harmonic balancer (part # PB1091N) What they actually sent me was a cheap Dorman balancer. The Dayco harmonic balancer has a special two stage black paint and is then laser etched with timing markets. The Dorman one is much cheaper and just arrives raw and unpainted and no timing marks. The Dayco sells for about 50% higher cost. When I contacted Northern Auto Parts, they gave me some half-baked story about, "oh yeah, someone came in a while back and relabeled our inventory". Oh, okay I'm sorry.. but how does that give you the right to list one product on Amazon at $90 and then send me a cheap Dorman part which usually costs $60 at the local Autozone? Unbelievable. Either this company is dishonest or stupid or both. Whatever the case, avoid these mental midgets at all costs. Just not worth the wasted time and headaches.

Purchased a rebuild kit for an lt1. The gaskets are different and the manufacturer didn't have any in stock. I'm not sure who helped me but it was a younger gentleman. He took my number and called me back a few hours later and they had a set from felpro for 10 bucks more and they can ship it same day even though it was 4pm. I called back next day right at 8am hopeing to add to my order but it had already shipped. An older gentleman helped me place a second order. Very helpful and they really know their stuff.
