Lauren was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the features of each phone that was available at their store. “Yesterday was a positive experience. This 4 stars for yesterday. The young gentleman who helped me find my watch face protector was great! Service with a smile, knowledgeable and friendly, respectful. Today was not a positive experience. I’m not a fan of being stopped at the door to be asked “what can we do for you” only to be told we can’t do that! There’s a mixed message about what they will do on Zag products/purchases.
