“Bin stayed late to help me even though he was getting ready to close. He was kind, patient, and exceptionally understanding. I brought my new rescue service dog in and she did a little Doodoo on the floor. ??♀️ Ben was so kind and nice about it. He didn’t sweat it. He just went and got me some cleaner and then he tried to troubleshoot something with my watch; we sat later than we should’ve. Not once did he make any type of remark that made me feel like I was an inconvenience to him. Bin is an amazing asset to your store and you recognize his tremendous efforts to provide exceptional customer service. Tysm Bin. Anytime I’m in the 712, this for sure would be my store of choice !”

“We recently visited one of the corporate Verizon stores in Sioux Falls and upgraded from the Pixel 7 Pro XL to the Pixel 10 Pro XL. The phones were not in stock and were shipped to our home address. Because of where we live, we were advised that we could take the phones to the Sunnybrook corporate Verizon store in Sioux City, IA to have the data transferred from our old phones to the new ones. Today (02.24.2026) we went to the corporate store as advised. The gentleman who helped us was knowledgeable, helpful, and got everything transferred with no problems and in a timely manner. He also installed our screen protectors and cases. We were very appreciative and pleased with the service we received today and highly recommend this store and the gentleman who helped us. Sadly, we did not get his name.”

Lauren was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the features of each phone that was available at their store. We were able to complete the purchase and she got the new phone all up and running before we left the store. ? great customer service today at this location.”
