Parking lot almost empty at 5:30 on a Wednesday. In and out quickly. I will remember the time for future shopping to see if that is a good time to go.
I used the app to locate items by isle and location. Easy and helpful.

Placed an order online for pick up and was showing 4 of the items in stock. Arrived to pick up items only to discover they had none. Waisted an hour of time and manager couldn’t care less.

If I could give zero stars I would. They called and said my order was ready for delivery. Had the order delivered only to find out it was missing a third of the material. They found some still sitting on the shelf. The rest they had no idea where it was. They had to special order one item. Now waiting for the special order item. Avoid Menards especially this store. I will never shop at Menards again. Go to Lowes.

I want to like Menards but this location really is frustrating. I visited there this afternoon on my lunch break needing to pick up about 10 items on my app cart and could only find half of them. Literally saw 12 to 15 employees standing around doing nothing but talking I had my phone out looking for the aisle numbers on my items clearly made it a point to look like I was lost and not a single employee stopped me to offer assistance.
I love Home Depot and Lowe's because I know them well and they're all laid out the same but Menards inventory is superior and often pricing is better but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
Also it makes no sense to have the aisle number available on the app of where the item is located but in the store you can't find the aisle numbers.

I come to this place 3 times a week to get garage doors for the place I work for and ket me say incompetence at its finest I have never been given my ticket like I'm suppose too I have to wait and wait even though the product has been paid for over the phone hours before I show up there is no structure and the higher ups do not communicate with their intellectual disabled people they have working at customer service very bad place to do business if u want stuff that Menard has go to home depot or Lowes it's cheaper and the service is better there

We had always enjoyed shopping at Menards. Well, today we ran into a staff member named Shelby. She was unprofessional and not helping with customer in a rude way when my wife had a question about an item on shelf. I hope the management can take this comment seriously. Going forward, we will rather shop somewhere else thanks to the chubby shelby
