This Low's needs to work in their inventor. My husband drove to this location, because it did show the product was in stock. We purchased online and still said it was available. When we got to the place they didn't have it. Corporate needs to get a better inventory system. Awful experience!!!

Been to this store twice, and both times found the customer service extraordinarily worthless. Non existent. The first a couple years ago was to exchange a craftsman ratchet and they said they don't exchange them without a receipt proving you bought them from that store. With much better options for home improvement like Menards or Home Depot, I never returned. I went to Home Depot and bought a Husky tool set. Made probably by the same people that make crapsman. Today I was At a store near Lowes, so instead of driving across town to Home Depot. I decided to go to lowes. I was in the car but needed a 10foot piece of 1/2 inch pvc. So I grabbed it and 2 couplers and started searching for a cut it your self table or someone to help me. Couldn't find a table but found an employee slowly pushing an empty cart in the back corner of the store. I asked if he could help me cut this so it would fit in the wife's car, he replied "you'll have to find someone in plumbing" " I just came from plumbing and there is no one in that department." "Well you'll have to go find someone in plumbing" "OK whatever" Went back to plumbing, and still found no one, so I went to the front and found still no employees on my way there , so I left the pic and couplers on the floor and left. My only hope is the worthless employee pushing the empty cart around collecting a paycheck is the one that has to restock that.

I ordered doors the beginning of September and today is the last day of December and still not all delivered. They pushed my date back at least 6 times and told me the end of December. I just called and now it's the 12th. Highly doubt that they will be here then either.I'm beyond frustrated and annoyed. Also it's a pain to get someone on the phone when you call in. Ugh! Never again!

Spent almost 12 grand on doors and windows at Lowe's. The installers (Northrup, LLC) left my place a mess, handle on the wrong side of the door and implied I was lying after one of the crew members said I DID inform them which side to install door handle. My floors were scratched and the paint job botched. Everyone else at Lowe's was very professional re this purchase. Find another company to install what you've purchased at Lowe's.

I am so frustrated!! I have been waiting over 3 weeks for my carpet to be installed and their system "messed something up" so they were not notified that the measurements were complete. I called the store SEVERAL times and I got absolutely nowhere. I just went there this last Friday to talk to someone in person and I finally thought I was taken care of. Today rolls around and still, no one contacted me to schedule a time. I called them and they acted like I was on the back-burner even though I've been waiting for over 3 weeks!

We had the BEST customer service from Nancy in windows. We has issues with a large share and she didn't hesitate to go above and beyond for us in working with the shade company and ensuring we got what was needed for our large window. Words can't describe how terrible the customer service is here. When I was trying to buy flooring, no one ever knew what was going on with my order...always "I'll have someone call you" and they never did. I should have stopped buying my stuff at Lowe's after that but recently made the mistake of buying a dishwasher here as well. I received an email saying it would be delivered on Saturday June 15th between 8am-8pm (a 12 hour window, really?) so I cancelled my plans to be at the house for delivery. 8pm came and went with no dishwasher and no phone call or email saying otherwise. I called and they said it should be delivered tomorrow but that is super inconvenient with my work. Spend your money elsewhere!

Great companies are so similar and poor companies have their own differences. I bought a refrigerator more than a week ago. The salesperson told me to delivery will on next Tuesday (March 5). The deliveryman will inform you. On Tuesday, I took out all the things in the refrigerator and waited for the deliveryman to come to the door. They didn't have to wait for me to sort things out. I went to the supermarket to add some fresh food. Because the refrigerator is bad, the food can not be bought if not necessary. I didn't dare to arrange anything on Tuesday. I waited until 4:30 at home and kept watching the phone for a long time. No one called. I am almost ready to go out and pick up the children to go to Taekwondo. I can't wait any longer. I went to the Low's store and ask the staff. "Will you delivery today? They answered me and said: I don't know why your phone number is not on the system . Can I call your phone and check it out? I said: I have come, you will check with me when you can delivery it?" He took me to the customer service staff. They want to smother me and say, you can call and ask. I said: I am here now to know if you can't delivery it today, then when will be ?" They called the manager to check saying that it seems to wait until next Tuesday (May 12) or you want March 17 (this is not make a sense ) I thought they said on March 7. The manager said: Because there are guests who want a whole kitchen cabinet, truck can't put down your refrigerator. According to this logic, the restaurant only takes care of those who have more than 10 guests at a table. And who only order the soup and salad is ignored. But this guest who just wants to have a bowl of soup today has left a good impression in your restaurant. Next time she may order a takeout for 50 people party!No one felt sorry for me. It seems that I am sorry "sorry, I came to the wrong place to buy something."

I ordered carpet in May and they brought me carpet that did not look like the carpet I ordered so reordered it and it was the same wrong carpet! Needless to say it is Oct and I still have not received the right carpet would never order from them again.

Sioux city Lowes has great helpful staff thank you. I didn't have to go look for someone they came to me and ask if I needed help. The cashier were great asked me how our day was. I was a bit surprised. Not use to it. Thank you

I have never seen customer service so poor that I felt compelled to write a review, but the day has come. Almost a month ago my wife and I ordered nearly $4,000 worth of appliances to be delivered to our home. The store contacted us and set up a delivery date. My wife took an unpaid day off of work to accommodate the delivery. The day of scheduled delivery we hadn't seen anyone by early afternoon so we contacted the store and were told that there was an issue with the delivery truck and that they were sorry about the problem but guaranteed that delivery would happen the next day and would be early on the list. Wife takes another unpaid day off of work and almost like the movie groundhog day, we see nothing. Call the store around 4:00pm and was told by a "manager" that she would look into it right away and call me back. 6:30pm I hadn't heard "right back" so I call the store. The manager was too busy to talk to me so I was passed off to someone else who said that the truck was running behind and wouldn't make it. At this point they have had our money for a month and cost my wife $500 in unpaid time off. I finally reach my breaking point and ask to talk to the store manager who of course is "too busy". He returns my call with a message that the delivery manager will be calling me "first thing in the morning". After not hearing anything from them AGAIN, I called and reached a worker in the delivery department who spilled the beans to me.....our order hadn't even been on a deliver truck yet and still wasn't. I demanded that they refund my money and they won't see one more penny from me as long as I'm breathing. The store is almost 90 miles from our home and we used to drive past their competition because we felt like we were doing business with professionals, but after spending tens of thousands of dollars there in the past few years, we are done for good!

will never do business here again, order a pergola paid for it over the phone ,, never got ordered , carpet installation was a total nightmare, (the installers where great, not lowes installers) very poor customer service. manager never did call me back ever. this place lost my business for good.

Purchased $1900.00 John Deere riding mower, took 2 weeks to have it delivered. They didn't even attempt to wipe it clean from sitting outside. Mulch kit was suppose to have been installed it arrived in box. Tires were not inflated to correct pressure. Really disgusted with Lowes.
