Just wanted to report your employee at store number 226 @ 1950 hrs in Sioux City, Iowa
1373 Pierce St, Sioux City, IA 51105 denied for alcohol with my disabled veteran ID card issued from the United States government she explained she could not see the DOB, well it's as clear as day and think she needs a better position with her glasses. If you can get back to me on this matter I would greatly appreciate it. I ended up showing my license cause she insisted it and not my government ID. Please properly train your employees so this doesn't happen no more I feel discrimination against my veteran status off 100% disabled.

Washing my hands before I got some slices when out of the stall comes the guy woth glasses working in the kitchen, walked right past the sink and headed back to go make some pizza. I suppose since there isn't a sign displaying "employees must wash their hands" they must not have to at kum & go.

For shopping experience, I've mostly had a good time here. But here's a truth bomb. My coworker was robbed, beaten, and left on the side of the store. Despite them having a security guard, he still lay there bleeding and getting frostbite. He laid there 15 hours. More cameras, more security, more patrols. Ridiculous that the security didn't even go around the side. And if he did, he is practically culpable for the damage himself. Don't go at night, and don't walk.

Staff is generally friendly, establishment is usually clean and kept. Often pan handlers outside. Dollar slice pizza on Wednesday.
