Larry, their service technician is awesome! He was at our house within 10 minutes of our scheduled appointment, and had our issues fixed in less than 15 minutes. He had amazing customer service/personality and makes us glad we purchased all our appliances through Kollman!

We bought a house a few years ago and needed appliances. We stopped in Kollman's to see if they had the appliances we were looking for. Great experience. Very nice sales people, fast transactions, and I had my appliances very quickly. Thank you! We have purchased laundry equipment, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher from Kollman now. We will be back when our new house is completed.

Bought all my appliances from kohlman for my new house. Three years in, I’ve replaced the dishwasher and now my washing machine. First trip up, the repair guy told me he could find nothing wrong with it. The next time I did laundry I recorded the squealing noise and replayed it for the tech on his second visit. Then he tells me, your motor is shot and you need a new belt. Seems like he might have figured it out from my description of the problem when he was here. “Squealing” noises during spin cycle might have been a clue! To top it off, the tech was surly, like it was my fault he couldn’t find the problem the first time. Kohlman then told me it would be $600 to replace the motor in my 3 year old machine. For a couple hundred more I could get a brand new one. Which is what I did, but not from Kohlmans.Never again

Went in with 2500 cash and showed them the appliances I wanted on their website which showed they had them all on hand and was told all but the microwave was ten days out. You justlost my business and that's sad because my parents alway bought from them.And they reply with two lies.One,I've been checking inventory for two weeks.And for two I checked their inventory this morning and still shows all appliances on hand.

I bought a new GE waher from Kollman Appl.Pricing was fare and competitive!Their delivery personnel were excellent! Quick, efficient, knowledgeable, accommodating, and detailed.After removing my old machine they swept up the dust bunnies that accumulated under the old machine.installed the new machine, removed the tags and packing materials and cleaned up any papers and tape from the shpping box. My access area was easy, the whole job took less than 30 min...?

Made the mistake of going from a Bosch dishwasher to a GE sold by Kollman. Had exactly zero drain issues with the Bosch for 6 or 7 years, now we have on going drain issues with the GE. Was just told by the manager that it isn't their responsibility. Definitely made a mistake not sticking with Bosch and buying elsewhere.Won't let me comment on your response. Like I told you on the phone and in my comment. Zero issues with the homes plumbing/set up with a Bosch, now we're on our 3rd or 4th issue with a GE. I do apologize for using ONE swear word on the phone. You didn't seem interested in being of any assistance so I ended the call. If not saying goodbye also hurt your feelings, I apologize for that as well.
