They got my car in right away when I told them about my problem and fixed it .They were able to get 2 of my vehicle's serviced in the same day. I was extremely impressed. The service writer, Tom Murphy, was very knowledgeable and took care of everything that my vehicles needed.

I had a major flat tire on a nearly new tire from road debris of some sort. Tom Murphy at Knoepfler Chevrolet quickly got me in and out with a repaired tire, all within about 2 hours of the original flat tire event.
