I was having a difficult time finding a Chevy Bolt EUV in the Denver metro area because they are very popular. I expanded my search to an area that included Sioux City and found a similar car to the one I wanted (it was silver instead of white). I was surprised to find out the Knoepfler was willing to sell their EUVs at MSRP rather than marking them up $5000 like the dealerships here and only wanted a $500 deposit rather than the $3000 dealerships in Denver were asking. They explained to me their way of doing business and I was very impressed! I was then contacted to be informed that they had a white EUV with all of the features I was hoping for! They made it easy for me to get things set up ahead of time so that completing the sale after driving 600 miles would be easy. They got me set up with financing and all of the paperwork I would need to register the car in Colorado. Jerrill, my sales associate was great to work with. He showed me around the car and explained how to do everything so we wouldn't be trying to figure it out on the way back to Colorado. It was an excellent experience! They also got me set up with the forms I would need to claim the tax rebate and installation of the home charger. I was surprised how quickly I was contacted by the installer who will be out on Monday to install the charger. The cost of the installation is expected to be around $1500 and won't cost me anything. What a great deal! I couldn't be happier with the way I was treated at Knoepfler, the car they provided me, and the service they exhibited. The finance manager I worked with, Jessie, was also a total class act. He made the process quick and efficient but it didn't feel rushed. He was happy to answer when I called back with some questions. Because of their proximity to the state line, they were very familiar with the process of purchasing a car in a state other than the one they are located. It was a great experience all in all. I absolutely LOVE this car and the process of buying it was comfortable and simple thanks to Knoepfler!

Absolutely wonderful experience with Knoepfler! I will never go anywhere else for a vehicle. The professionalism, courtesy, and genuine friendliness were exceptional. The amount of time spent showing us our vehicle and how to operate every aspect of it was unbelievable. I had no idea an individual would take so much of their time getting us acquainted with a new vehicle. Every individual in the dealership was amazing to work or visit with.

A few months back, a mechanic bought a replacement radio for his truck,he contacted knoepfler chevrolet and they told him that the radio he bought would have to be unlocked and reprogrammed for his truck, he decided not to because of the fee they wanted, to him it was too high. Now I called knoepfler and told them I bought a radio from a junk yard to replaced the radio in my truck. They just flat out told me NO, I would have to buy a new radio. So I called GMC, they gave me 3 other chevrolet dealerships that are local. I don't think its right that they treat people who want to spend money to upgrade there vehicles and not be told they have to buy new when I know they offer this service.

Had some warranty work done and I have no complaints on that. But when I took my vehicle home and noticed my arm rest on my door was broken, I was concerned. I called and was told to bring it in for inspection. I did and was told that this is deterioration over time….. from the assistant service manager Todd Moore. When I explained to him that this was not the condition I left my vehicle in when I had dropped it off, he continued to talk down to me, talk over me, and refused to look at anything I was pointing out. I have had great service in previous experiences but this one has completely changed my perspective of the company as a whole. I am not upset about the broken arm rest, I am extremely dissatisfied about how things were handled and the complete lack of accountability.

Mike Van Waart is great to deal with. I brought my son in, to purchase his first car and in no time at all Mike helped us to find the right car and at the right price. I went to buy a new truck and was just looking. I had a budget in mind and thought I would have to make compromises. Jay at the service department was awesome. I know I can be difficult when needing something fixed, but he was patient and handled everything awesome. Got me a free rental car so I didn't have any stress getting to work the next day! Was polite and explained things thoroughly! Great follow through as well throughout the the process!

Buying a vehicle from them or having service done. Way overpriced compared to dealers outside of Sioux City and takes to long to to do the work, 4 hours just for a oil change for me, not once but twice!
