Amazing customer service, never had any problems. I go there every Friday and greeted with a smile. A lot of these one star reviews seem to push that these guys are bad, when really they just don’t read the agreement. Best bank I have ever felt with!

Does anyone else ever have a pending charge on their account, and look at your statement to see how much money you have left. And its a lower balance. But then the next day its back up to what its supposed to be at. This is so frustrating. Definitely looking into changing banks. And I thought wells Fargo was bad.

Meh, Iowa Nebraska was the best bank around sadly they were bought out and we got left with this sub par bank, not a fan at all, just haven’t had the time to look into switching banks yet.

Does anyone having a problem in their pop-up in bill payment in their online banking?...because i can get it before now i can't i can't figure it out...i called them and says is my phone having problem... now my bills are past due... maybe changing bank if i can't still figure it out....

Had to turn our debit card in as stolen, they charged us $20 for calling at 7pm bc it was after hours and didn't even tell us we'd be charged until it just showed up! The fee was just for calling after business hours, not even for the new card! Never like this when Iowa Nebraska was running the place!

Horrible, horrible crooks. Extra hidden fees everywhere. Unwilling to uphold contracts. Unreliable and untrustworthy. You would be better off keeping your money in a open box placed in your front lawn than in one of thier accounts.

Starting seeing fees and had to talk to several people to find out what they were for. Iowa Nebraska was so friendly and helpful and now the customer is always wrong . Closing my account today. Run while you can this place is the worst.

This bank was amazing when it was Iowa Nebraska state bank, wonderful people great customer service, warm and friendly..however since the change to bank first.i can not wait to get all my automatic transfers and deposits changed to a different bank..worst experience ever

Never had an overdraft fee with Iowa-Nebraska State bank. Now that Bank First took over I have an overdraft fee for a small autorenewal I didn't realize was active, was never notified of the overdraft and have been getting charged $5 every day it has been overdrafted and $5 every day until I can pay off the overdraft fee AND the $5 continuous overdraft fees. I only get monthly child support on this account so it's not checked often once I know the money is gone.
