I'm very happy with the 2004 GMC ENVOY (XUV). I asked Jason to find me a 4wheel drive vehicle like an S10 or S10 blazer, he found this one that is perfect because it's like an S10 and Blazer put together, thanks for showing me this one, thanks again for everything. A+++.

Wow, I have to give credit where credit is due, I had a 2014 Chevy Cruze and the hail storm ruined it, so I just found out today that my husband was talking to Jason there about how I loved my car, and he said he could find one like it within a couple weeks and a week later he called my husband without me knowing anything about it and he went to look at it and it was a 2017 Chevy Cruze (Premier Edition) which is the one with all the extras. Also when my husband took it for a test drive, was making a weird noise he told Jason about it and he went out on interstate with my husband on the spot and he heard it and told my husband that he was not going to sell him the car until it was looked at, found out it had something to do with the transmission, so he ordered one and had the transmission changed before he would sell it, long story short, I'm really happy to get the car, my favorite color and my husband made our anniversary this month extra special all because of the help with Jason. I can see why they have been in business for so long. Thank you for everything!!!!

I bought a Chevy Impala from ideal wheels ll about a month ago and I have to say I love it and the guy named Jason there is great and knowledgeable about the cars he has. I will never go anywhere else to get a car, all my friends know where to go when they need a car. So give him a shot I know you won't be sorry, A++++ all the way. Thanks again!!!!!

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. I was very disappointed in the purchase. First of all, I asked if there was anything wrong with the vehicle. He told me he would not sell a defective vehicle. So I took my car home and on the second day of driving it. The driver's side wheel completely locked up and got welded together. A few days later the dealer called me and said I had to bring the car back because he couldn't get the title until it was inspected. I told him it was broken. He said he would pay for the tow and repair. He called me a week later saying he's down $ 1,500. $500 parts $400 tow and labor. He asked if I could please help pay half of the tow. Since I have a good heart and I thought it was fixed, I agreed. When I came to pick up the "fixed" vehicle, he tried to have me sign a paper that said he did it all for free and he gave me a copy of the bill/labor. It was $306. I had to force him to write down that I paid $200. But sadly enough, the car started squeaking on the driver's side. And while I was driving the entire brake system gave out. I nearly got in a head on collision on 14th and Minnesota in Sioux Falls. I had to run into a snow bank to stop. Unfortunately I am not made of money. I had to leave the car on the street. It got towed. Now I owe the towing company $1200 and still accruing. I still owe the bank for the loan. And I have one parking ticket to Sioux Falls. So please do not trust this con man. He looked at me straight in my eyes and lied. If he would have told me that it was a flood damaged car and the brakes were faulty. I wouldn't have driven it. Thanks to my driving skills, I am not dead nor did I hurt anyone. Please don't buy from this guy. I'm lucky to be alive.

Make sure you have someone knowledgeable about vehicles look with you. Bought a jeep and the day I got it home I found out the entire rear end was toast and needed replaced. $1600 repair directly after buying it. To top it off the rear end was recently looked at as it had very clean gear oil. Other than that, it was a good experience. Smooth, easy and down to earth. Just make sure you know what you’re looking at.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! TRIED to conduct a FBMP sale with Roy, he accused me of lying and that my husband never called, which he did. Then he proceeds to cuss me out over messenger, so we walked away before ever driving 1.5hrs to see the car. Evasive when questions asked, typical image of used car salesman. AVOID!!!!

I have purchased 9 cars from this Ideal Wheels over the last 21 years. He has always been good with the pricing and willing to help with repairs. No major issues with any of the cars except my oldest son's first car. Reverse on the tranny went out a week after purchase. They covered the labor and I paid half of the cost of a low miles replacement tranny. I thought that was more than fair of him to offer as he could have stuck me with the full cost. A few of the other cars had minor issues like the mirror control switch. He paid for these himself. He is not a shady used car dealer. He is not pushy when you come to test drive cars. He is honest about the cars you look at. It doesn't get much better than this at a used car dealership.
