I love most of the staff at the Hamilton location. They are kind and accommodating. The store is clean and I love the setup, I know right where everything is!

They keep moving product to a new location…..for no apparent reason and it becomes quite cumbersome to have to re-find 50% of what you are looking for. Technically, it has been proven that the longer you are in an establishment the more likely you are to buy. I think this is their motive……Trying to get you to stay in the store longer. I’m sick of it! I seldom walk out of this store without thinking to myself, “I hate this store”. Convenient location I gave it a one star. If it was not convenient, it would get a zero.

PROS: clean; great variety; nice employees; bank with long hours located on-siteCONS: slightly elevated prices (especially on meat); closes at 10PM; not enough self-checkout stations & cashiers at any given timeOverall, it was a good experience with higher than average pricing despite the long wait during checkout.

We shop weekly at Hyvee. We love the Perk sales being the cost of food prices. Friendly employees during the day shifts.

HyVee is overpriced and overrated. It always has been but you used to get more for it. Like friendly staff and a grocery bagger for the extra cost. Now most of the staff isn't friendly and I always end up having to self-check and bag my own groceries. Also there produce is always about 1 day away from being rotten. Last Saturday we bought 2 assorted fruit trays for a party that night and 3 of the 5 fruits where old and bitter. HyVee has lost sight of there old ways that made them a better shopping experience.

Clean store, great customer service, wide variety of products. Just wish prices were a bit lower but sometimes you pay for convenience.

The worst place to have your prescription refilled am a diabetic and can't even get my prescriptions coz instead of running it as durable they kept running it as prescription and it started to get rejected and finally when it went through i can't still get it coz all I hear is the pharmacy technician is out or she is on lunch I hav been out off my medications since Friday

Needed 60 pills from pharmacy, they packaged up 6 - 10 ct. Boxes for $15.00 +/- each instead of 3 - 20 ct. Boxes for $21.00 +/- each. When questioned the pharmacist said that's how they charge for prescriptions.Taking my business elsewhere.

I placed an online order because I am 9 months pregnant and it’s not easy for me to do my own shopping at this point. I ordered 6 items. Everything was out of stock according to the shopper. However going inside everything was in stock. Just a lazy shopper it seems. That’s okay, I’ll go to fairway instead.

This Hy-Vee has a parking lot that sucks the aisles are too close together is two congested and dangerous and otherwise you go inside people aren't as kind as they are like over on Gordon Drive or in South Sioux City or out of the mall where I work right out of high school and they sure don't do things like they used to back then in the late '80s early '90s all it is now basically is make a sale and get you out of there but best time you were talking about on Hamilton biggest complaint I have is their parking lot and then when something's wrong with your items they're so worried about making the sale they don't take care of the customer like we used to back in the day now the one on Gordon Drive they act like they really care about their customers and they make sure they say hi or hey is there something we can do for you a little bit like we did back in the day and their parking lot is so much better and spread out that you don't feel congested or like you're going to be hit by the next person backing out that's why I gave him a three-star but I used to go there now and then when I have to

This location needs to do something about the parking lot. It is extremely frustrating to buy groceries only to have the carts wheel stack in a hole or crack on your way to your car and having to pick up all the groceries that went flying from the ground. They are cruising for a lawsuit. And as the HyVee response suggested, I called. And I was told they will make a note of that.
