We have been doing business with H&R Block for as long as I can remember and have never had an issue until today. Our 1:00 PM appointment was cancelled at 11:30 AM. Something about preparer wasn’t going to be in today? Must only have 1 preparer I guess. No apologies! Guess others would probably appreciate our business from now on. Disappointed to say the least!
