Worst haircut I've ever had. One and a half inches on one side in the back. 3 inches other side in the back. Wrapped the long side around my head like a bald guys comb over! My bangs are about an inch long!

Get in and get out hair cut salon. I recommend getting the app. that way you can check in online and not have to wait longer than 15-30 minutes for a haircut. The app is free and very user friendly. I also tend to get a coupon code beforehand to save a few extra $$ and don't forget to tip!

After waiting for 30 minutes I was not aware of family taking priority over customers as a store policy... Pretty rude especially when there were 3 others waiting... I was not the only one to walk out and go to a competitor down the road.....

Wondering why the doors were locked at 620 on 2/18 with employees just sitting inside laughing as my husband and son tried to get in for a hair cut..? Nice customer service I’m sure the manager or owner would be really happy to know that they’re just paying people to sit around and do nothing.
Also, your manager might want to empty your voicemail box. It’s full so nobody can leave a voicemail. It’s like they don’t want business?

Amy came in on her day off to perm my hair. She did the most amazing job and it looks fantastic and I absolutely love it. She also helped me pick out some products to help my curls stay beautiful ❤️ too. She’s a very talented and experienced stylist who cares about clients and is definitely a big asset to Great Clips!

I absolutely love my new look from Lana! She did an amazing job listening to all of my concerns and after showing her a couple of pictures she gave me the exact style I was looking for! I have naturally curly hair and it used to be really heavy on top but now it curls evenly. I was super hesitant about getting bangs but after styling them I'm totally obsessed with them
