FiberComm has been our phone provider for several years. Their customer service is top notch! Every time I call they answer and address my issue onsite with in just a few hours. So rare to find a company that still upholds such exceptional customer service values in today's world!

This company advertised 10 mbps and instead I get internet equality if we were living in 1999.very slow and goes out at least 3 to 4 times a week

Love fiber.com it's only 51 75 month unlimited internet I almost never have a problem I've had the service for years the internet went out last week one night it was on within a couple of hours after I called it was in the middle of the night so it didn't really affect me that much I'm very happy with the service

Its decent, but not the best, has issues here and their, and for downloading stuff isen't really a big deal, I mean kinda slow but not terribly slow, its decent if nobody else is using it while your using it, but if multiple people are on it, it gets kinda slow. Still better then century link I'd have to say, been using this internet for 10 years. I'd recommend it for Netflix and hulu tho, but for gaming it's not terrible, but not great either.

There is nothing better than great internet services along with fantastic customer service from the office. With being a small local business, this company has offered and maintained excellent service. Services are unlimited at reasonable prices, along with no hidden fees or unreliable statements. I will always highly recommend FiberComms' services for any business or residential customer.

I've had a DSL connection with Fibercomm for 4 months now in South Sioux City, NE. The Internet service is reliable and I average about 7 megabytes downstream and just under a megabyte upstream. Their staff from the front office to their field technicians are friendly and professional. If I'm going to be paying for an ISP, I figure I might as well send my money to a local company that supports local jobs and where there is an office not too far away where I can go if I have any issues. Overall, I'm fairly happy with FiberComm and its people.

I've had fiber comms service for some time now. It has always been pretty good until the last year or so. We started streaming our TV, and have very frequent outages. I've called, and everyone has been very friendly so u can not complain about that. I was told that the lines that they use belong to CenturyLink and that fibercomm is supposed to be getting a wireless set up that would be much quicker. I asked when this was going to happen, they could not tell me. They did offer me a free month of service for my troubles.
