Went to FedEx to return a product that was wrong size. I had never before done this and the Company I purchased from wanted the shipping slip printed from my email. Again no idea how to do this but bless Matthew and the 2 young ladies at FedEx. He was so nice and professional. He explained what was needed and even assisted me on my cell getting email and printing it out. I thought it would take an hour but not even 10 mins later I was done. He said he would take care of putting label on and slip. I was so happy and grateful. Thank you again Matthew and team for being so kind and helpful. Best experience ever.

Package delivered to wrong address. picture of delivery was to someone elses home Tried every Fedex number I could find, but no one knew how to get a hold of the driver. Quite possibly the worst "customer service" I have ever experienced. So far Fedex has achieved the goal of falling to the lowest position. By the way, this package is medication and is sitting on someone's doorstep in 100 deg weather. Wish Fedex had a negative star rating, I would tap on that.

Assistant manager has an attitude problem. Seems like he has personal issues he’s bringing to work causing outbreaks for no reason, talked to me disrespectfully then tried ignoring what he did. Failed to acknowledge any of it when I wasn’t even talking to him to begin with, was working with another worker and for whatever reason he felt the need to have a disrespectful outburst when all I had said was that the shipping label wasn’t legible and it wouldn’t work. The person that I was dealing with was 100 percent doing his job the way it should but manager butted in aggressively for no apparent reason.

I seem to visit this place frequently. It started as a place to print my resume. When I started school, I needed projects and presentations printed in a professional format and was always so pleased with how beautifully they turned out. Over time, I became familiar with the staff. Every. Single. Time I visit this store, they are so lovely and personable. My son is sometimes with me, and I try hard to minimize disturbances, but he has ADD and is sensory-challenged. Often, they've given him bubble wrap - HUGE win - and are so patient and responsive to his curiosity. I love going to this store and have never been disappointed with their artistry and customer service. I hope the higher-ups comprehend and appreciate what gems they have in their employ. I'd also like to point out, while FedEx is indeed a shipping service, the faults with that aspect should be differentiated from the experiences had at this specific location, with these specific employees. The staff have no control over the policies they have to comply with, or the range of authority they're given. That's an issue with the company itself. My rating is with this store, and the services performed by this staff specifically, but I do agree that the customer service at the call centers for shipping issues, are most definitely in sore need of improvement and reorganization.
