This is a place I thought I would never review. However, because a self check employee named Karen deserves a review. AMAZING!!! She was so kind, so helpful and non judgmental. I see leadership in her future. She was helpful in getting me a second basket to transfer my rung up items into. She helped me to delete a couple things was overall an outstanding customer service expert. She smiled, was helpful and downright amazing. Thank you so much, Karen. You deserve an Atta Girl!!

I hate going here... but ordering online doesn't always mean I'll get what I paid for. It usually takes longer to check out than it does to find what you went there for. They have long lines and employees walking around all around us looking at their phones while MOST of the registers were closed. What's with only using small checkouts now? It's like they want people to use self checkout so they don't have to do it. Most trips to good ol walmart happen this way.

I'm sorry but if you want to get a battery installed in your car, please go somewhere else. They said it would be an hour and a half wait to get a battery installed and at first I was like, okay not bad. How long did I have to wait? 3 hours almost 4 because they got their heads up their asses and have been f****** around on their phones and laughing with employees for hours instead of doing their god damn job. Sorry but I can't respect people who work here and don't do their jobs

The sign says masks are required but it is not true. A bunch of people do not wear masks, I asked the manager why is not enforced, said he could not, but if I was to tell the people with no masks to leave then I would be kicked out. Hope they enjoyed my money because I am done going to Walmart!

I have no words. I was in here a few days ago and the shelves were so empty. I have never seen so many things out of stock. I couldn't even find half the things I was looking for because the item wasn't there.

It's amazing that a big store like this has no idea about their own inventory. So I use their app to order a product and it says available now at the Singing Hills store. I go there to pick it up and they don't know where it is. They know it's in the back room and yet they won't even try to look for it. If you have a product in stock and a paying customer ready to pay for it, then do your job and go look for it. I wish I could say this was an isolated incident but it's not. The Singing Hills store is not getting my business anymore.
