Oh my gosh these guys are outstanding very courteous and kind and helpful and they try to explain things to you and they listen to you they don't just kick out the door and say okay your car will be ready about here they actually going to detail they will call you and tell you what they found and go from there and their work if something goes bad on it right away or about 30 days you take it back to him they'll look at it and take care of it unless there's something they can't otherwise they are outstanding I've had my vehicle there probably five six times in the last 3 years even for tune-ups and oil changes because they're genuine quality of service our customer service attitude towards customers they treat me really good there and I've always told everyone that and I will go back there and if you're a senior they make sure you understand what's going on they're not there to rip you off or fraud you

Amazing service & a job well done for a good price!! The staff are knowledgeable about the work they do and made an effort to explain the work that was done to the car and why it was needed, and were so so helpful:) Very highly recommend!!!

By far the best mechanics I've ever I've ever brought a vehicle to. Genuinely nice people as well. They went above & beyond every time I had an issue or a question about an issue. They're usually booked solid, (it makes sense why) but they still always fit me in somehow. Most mechanics/shops would simply be happy to fix something and take your money. But in my situation, I had a vehicle where the engine would cost as much to fix, as it would to replace. And the total cost of either was more money than the vehicle itself was worth. Plus they let me know the problem is common with the engine and vehicle type that I had. This was explained to me in detail and everything broken down so I understood it all. In the end I got rid of that vehicle and purchased another.I can't say enough positive things about the owners. They went above and beyond to help us out. We were 140 miles from home in SW MN with a cylinder misfiring. 15 minutes before closing, he tried a new plug and wires, plus another ignition coil and nothing worked. At 6:15 we ended in a motel for the night, grabbed more plugs the next day and they got us up and going. Don't know how many people got set aside for him to help us get back on the road but we very much appreciate it.If you're in the Sioux City area, don't overlook this crew.

My car broke down passing through Sioux City and I was struggling to find anyone that was open that would work on Mercedes. Cancino at first didn’t want to work on it because they were swamped, but after explaining my situation they agreed to help. It turned out to be the alternator and they had it replaced within a business day. Thank you Cancino

Went for 2 lights on my car, he promised to have them off. He changed my wheel bearings, but put them on upside down, now my wheels make noise, he said he removed some metal pieces that were rusted, he didn't they are still intact, he completely removed my emergency brakes, changed a sensor thinking it would help one of the lights, didn't work, and refused to put the old sensor back and charged us for it when we didn't need it. Charged us 700 dollars for this and no lights are fixed. Not even an hour after taking the car from the lot we went to the gas station, came back out and it wouldn't start. I have never ever had issues starting this car. We called him and told him it wouldn't start, he called a tow truck came to pick us up and take us home. Charged us another 300 for a starter. 100 for just labor when all it took was 3 screws. Absolutely will NEVER EVER go back.
