I honestly did not like the environment as soon as I came in I knew I was being judge by both of the ASM ( Assistant Store Managers ) I was late for an interview because of course my education is more important than a job, still thankful they squeezed me in but I did not like their energy it was drowsy , quiet, Both were just standing there not doing anything but talking to one another while 1 Associate was actually working. Anyways long story short came to find out they talk about their customers as well for this old lady with the black hair and glasses called a customer with a bad knee “Big” . I feel the only one that had good energy around who wasn’t physically there was Tabetha I believe her name was, yeah I was looking more forward with an interview with her than the other 2.

Worst Service Ever! Rude, never asked if needed anything. When asked for a dressing room acted like inconvenient for them. Acted like they were better than anyone else.

Between the boots I got and my dad and fiance, they barely last 4 months and they are supposed to be guaranteed for a year. My dad alone is on his third pair this year. We tried to get a refund and new boots on multiple occasions and all they told us is that we got alot of use out of them. We have bough boots from Walmart that last way longer than here! We will never buy from boot barn again!
