Last winter I brought my snow blower in to get fixed when I got it back I found it leaking gas and the guy who worked on it took a hack saw to the plastics when confronted he got mad and said it doesn’t hurt it. I called corporate and they said bring it back and they will fix it witch they did fix the plastics at there expense but after coming to pick it up 3 different times it still leaks gas (witch it never did before it was brought in) so I finally took it because they told me it’s supposed to leak gas by 2 mechanics when it snowed next I tried to use it and it wouldn’t run right bogged down and kept stalling witch is great because I have 23 driveways I do that 18 couldn’t be done that day due to a broken machine thankfully I had a backup in storage to complete them the following day but the reason for not making this review untill now is I’m preparing for this coming winter and took it elsewhere to be fixed costing me 285$ due to there incompetence.

Really need to work on employee attitudes. Very unfriendly cashiers. Shauna V you could not have made me feel more unwelcome if you tried.

I personally like some of the Key brand jeans, shirts, and other items in clothing, you can feel the durability and quality of the items. I recommend Bomgaars to people mainly for the clothing. They do have a fair variety of many other items. Staff has been courteous and eager to help. Lots of toys, tools, seasonal items, and many other supplies. Also the only place I've found Palmer's candy gummy worms and candies that the main store don't even carry which is odd. Bomgaars has a second location on about the 1800 block of Hamilton which seems larger.

Friendly, helpful staff. Store was a bit disorganized and some employees seemed to be without tasks. Otherwise, no complaints

Here for heater circuit board one weekend they had it . Came back next weekend employee was unwilling to help
