I went in to there shop to have them figure out a noise. After four to five hours they said they couldn't figure it out (charged for it still too) and they think its the struts. Then quoted me almost $900 to have a strut replaced. I decided to take it and get a second look at it and that shop figured it out with in an hour. All but two of the carriage bolts were missing so it was popping in and out of place. I would definitely go to another repair shop before here again.

My wife and I went to Billions service department Thursday April 8th to talk to them about a problem we had with our car ( which we bought new from them ) . The service manager told us they didn't have the sensor that our car needed but it would be coming from Sioux Falls at 7:30 Friday morning so we left the car with them Thursday night . We told the service manager that we needed to leave Sioux City by noon on Friday and if this didn't work we could schedule the car for another time to which he said it's a two hour job no problem. Sooooo it's now 10:30 and no word from Billions service department which is an hour and a half longer then we were told it would take we are from eastern Nebraska so I'm thinking the service department at Billions in Sioux City might be in a different time zone . I called the service department at 11:00 and the person I talked to said the person working on the car was waiting for the lift and it should be about 30 minutes longer so we wait . It's now 1:30 and still not one word from the billions service department about what the delay is . At 2:30 I call Billions and ask to talk to the person who is in charge of Billions for the day and get the manager who says he will go down to the service department and see what's going on . He said this should not happen and could see why I might be a little concerned. He called back at 3:15 telling me the car was out front and ready to go . So it would seem to me that if a professional service department ran over 5 hours from the time they said your vehicle would be done the least they could do would be to call you and tell you . When we bought our car at Billions we were told ( remember it's service after the sale that counts ) and that they had ocean front property in Arizona for sale which comes with the extended warranty. I would highly recommend Billions service department if you want to be left hanging around 5 hours more then you were told it would take to fix your vehicle and not called once to tell you about the delay's. Thank you Billions service department.
