Terrible service, I Purchased a nearly 2,000$ Refrigerator 3 MONTHS AGO for delivery. They have canceled the delivery 3 times now and I have to wait another week and a half for my fridge. Everytime I try to call and talk to someone they say they can't do anything about it. Almost feels as if I've been robbed. They continue to delay my delivery and have not updated me about it until day of or day before delivery.

Went to purchase a freezer, in the store. The selection was limited to one freezer. Needless to say we took our business to another place.

Pretty good selection, but I got hosed by their points program a few years back... Have bought a lot from Best Buy.... With current policies I am working to refocus my spending through other sources (Walmart, Staples, Amazon, Sams)...... Update - policies and some prices still seem pretty hinky. Had my senior citizen parents there recently to return a phone, the 'manager' was more interested in toting the company line than making things right for their customers.

Yesterday was a positive experience. This 4 stars for yesterday. The young gentleman who helped me find my watch face protector was great! Service with a smile, knowledgeable and friendly, respectful. Today was not a positive experience. I’m not a fan of being stopped at the door to be asked “what can we do for you” only to be told we can’t do that! There’s a mixed message about what they will do on Zag products/purchases.
Eventually I was helped. Given credit but not with a smile

Their customer service was able to help me with a 3 month old all-in-one. Asus, the manufacturer, who I contacted first wanted to charge me to ship the device to them for their 1 year warranty. Impressed BestBuy stepped in to help when the manufacturer won't stand by their own 1 year standard warranty. My last asus purchase ever, but not my last best buy one.

Customer service was terrible.No one asked if I needed help as I wondered aimlessly, trying to look for M.2 SSD's .When I finally interrupted 3 employees conversation to get help, they debated on who wanted to help me.He had no idea where anything was so looked it up, and according to him and his phone, there were none.So I went and looked again for a while myself and found some in a locked cabinet. I went to find an employee to help again, and no one was anywhere to be found except one that was too busy standing in a corner next to a ladder texting.Overall everyone I talked to seemed to busy to help or do their job then proceeded to wait for 20 mins to speak to a shift leader since the manager there was the one with an attitude when I said no one was available to help because they are all standing around talking.In the end, I just left since my business clearly wasn't wanted or needed.
