In February 2022, I was traveling from Miami to Billings in my very large 5th wheel trailer. The tires on my dually I was traveling with were sketchy. Ben Fish was very busy at the time but sensed my urgency and were able to get me back on the road early afternoon. Thank you. However, over a year later, it was discovered the tire size was not an ideal fit for my dually. I telephoned Fish and spoke with Matt the manager. I had 6 new tires put on in my home state. Matt and I agreed to a financial adjustment on the original tires. HE COULD HAVE EASILY BLOWN MY OFF BUT DIDN'T!! Matt and his billing office worked together to make this unfortunate situation good. A big thank you to Ben Fish Tires.
