“This place is great! I had a tailpipe, maybe kind of, rusted and fell off. :( I called Sioux Muffler and got an estimate (that was the actual price) and got an appointment set 2 days out. I’m horrible at names, but the nice lady that runs the front desk was very personable despite being obviously very busy. We had good conversation while my truck was repaired. Dennis is very up front and honest about the process and in my humble opinion is a master at his craft. Edgar (I’m pretty sure that his name) was cool to talk to as well and was very good at what he does. They have a window so you can watch them work their magic. That’s cool because I like “man” stuff like that. Price was amazing! I thought I would cost more. And once again, it was exactly what was estimated over the phone with me just explaining my situation. I got there at 1:15 pm for a 1:30 appointment and was driving off by 2pm. My truck sounds better than ever, but that might be all in my head. 10/10. Go here even if you don’t need a new muffler!”

“The team at Roosters went above and beyond to help us out. Lost a throttle cable on a 1998 Road King on the way to Sturgis. Called a couple of Harley dealerships and Roosters came through for us and had it repaired and in the trailer in no time. The reason the Road King went into the trailer is because once we walked into the showroom, I knew we’d be leaving with more than a throttle cable! The selection of bikes and the price tags could not be beat. Mandi the Asst mgr was great and made the sale of a brand new 2024 Harley go smoothly. Blu the technician and all of the staff were so helpful and friendly. I’d recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a bike as their prices and service can’t be beat. My husband left on his new bike and continued the ride to Sturgis in comfort and style!!!”
“Absolutely the best service I have received! After an oil change in Omaha Nebraska at Valvoline, they were checking fluids at Valvoline and opened my coolant reservoir with coolant fluid spilling out of the coolant reservoir, after the oil change I noticed a notification pop up on my BMW saying it needed to have the coolant topped off, I called speedy lube Center in Sioux City, not only were they quick and speedy about topping off my coolant, great customer service and politeness was used by the gentleman who assisted me, also to my greatest surprise: I was not charged a dime! I have humongous and major respect for mechanic personnel who operate their business in such a manner, I am definitely going back for service whenever I need any coming through town, these guys are great! Thank you again so much speedy lube service center!”

She was so sweet taking my information and showed me such kindness. They got me in right away and and fixed my tire. The only reason I was even able to compare prices between a K & N and other mechanics is because sometimes it can be hard to get him on the phone but when other mechanics wanted to charge $3500, Francisco (K & N) did it for 1600 with new parts. When other mechanics wanted to charge me 3,800, Francisco did it for 2050. I'm a real customer with real financial hardship, just like a lot of y'all. Francisco has been a lifesaver multiple times. Quality work, unbelievably rapid turn around time, and they take care of customers. They also speak Spanish! 10/10 would recommend.”
