The only reason I was even able to compare prices between a K & N and other mechanics is because sometimes it can be hard to get him on the phone but when other mechanics wanted to charge $3500, Francisco (K & N) did it for 1600 with new parts. When other mechanics wanted to charge me 3,800, Francisco did it for 2050. I'm a real customer with real financial hardship, just like a lot of y'all. Francisco has been a lifesaver multiple times. “Nail in my BMW X5 front tire just before 5:00pm, called them and they said they would make sure for the evening they would put the spare on so I could drive it home. Before 8:30 the next morning they had patched the original tire and will put it back on and spare tire back in the trunk all for under $40.
My dad brought his new Jaguar F-Type R convertible to fix a tire down there a few weeks ago and they took extreme care and caution when getting it on the lift and provided white glove service level work.
Highly recommend.”

I’ve never seen anyone paint match red and not have to blend into the rest of the vehicle. They definitely don’t charge enough for the quality work they do. So I’ll say it again. “I had a piece on my 2024 Chevy Traverse that was hit & broke off in the car wash. I called Knoepfler and the contact in the collision center said to come down. I went directly to the dealership from the car wash. The gentleman in the collision center looked at the piece that broke & my car. He asked that I come back the next morning & he would get it fixed.
I would highly recommend this dealership. The customer service is “top notch” and the work they did was quick and well done.

“Just want to send a shout out to service advisor Jerry and his team. Last month I traveled from PA to NE. A few hours before my arrival, my A/C failed. For many, that's just a convenience, but I was traveling with a van full of Saint Bernards to our annual event, and A/C is life sustaining for my dogs in 80° temps. Even though they were fully booked, Jerry told me he would try to find a spot to check it out. I was hopeful, but knowing how booked up dealers always are, I was also worried. Much to my surprise, Jerry called me a couple hours later and said he could fit me in that day. They diagnosed a bad compressor, ordered the part and installed it the next day. My 18 hour ride back to PA was cool and comfortable. All the dogs were happy, including my 9 pups I had dropped off in OH with a sitter on my way out. The service provided by Jerry and his team was top notch, definitely 5 star worthy.”
