Collin was EXTREMELY helpful! He helped me add 2 lines to my account as well as doing an insurance claim. He was also very knowledgeable when answering any questions and concerns I had.

Attentive staff, very polite and professional. The manager is very knowledgeable about not only plans but also all the different devices they have to offer and goes the extra mile to be sure your phone is set up right and ready to go before you walk out the door. Overall, great service !

Cid was awesome. We got there at 5 minutes til close to get a new phone and he was great to work with. The guy didn’t hesitate at all to stay late and help us get everything done. Great guy to work with, customer service like his is hard to find these days!

I had such an amazing experience at this location with Sid and AT&T. Their customer service is excellent and they easily answered all of my questions with courtesy and professionalism. I would highly recommend them to my friends, family and colleagues. I will absolutely be going back for the service and quality!

I had scheduled an appointment with Best Buy to take a look at my phone screen. The exterior itself wasn't damaged, but the internal ribbon seemed to have been damaged. This caused 1/3 of the phone to flash a green strobe at max brightness when in use. They said since the phone was out of Apple warranty that it would be a $299.85 repair. There was no way to put that cost under a payment plan, so I had to decline.As I was driving home, I noticed this AT&T store and thought it was the location where I bought my phone. I stopped in, and was greeted by 3 friendly employees. They told me I that it was purchased at another Sioux City AT&T location, but they'd check to see if there was anything they could do.After just a few minutes, they told me that I was actually still under warranty and could get shipped a new model of my phone for free.I use this phone for my job, as well as for my business (Studio Kalona). I can't thank them enough, Tori is awesome.

The guy who helped me changed my phone plan without telling me, and wracked up some unbelievable charges that he never made aware to me until I see my bill the next month is over 800$ had to use at&t support to get help with it, but as the bill was already out through I get to spend my kids Christmas money on a cell phone bill...thanks dude. ? Won't be going back to this store ever

These guys are awesome. Aaron and Team helped me with all the issues Best Buy caused me with a new line activation. They went out of their way to earn my business going forward and they have it. 6/5 stars!

There were a few halts but that was just technical difficulties with apple and not the company, however everyone there was super helpful and nice and even responsive when they were busy which i could never do.

Terribly ran establishment, this store and the Hamilton location are the most illiterate people I’ve ever worked with. Save yourself the headache and go to the CORPORATE location on Singing Hills.
