We went there to buy a new mattress and Mike was our salesperson. He was the BEST! He definitely made the whole experience pleasant and he was VERY knowledgeable. He was very nice and helpful! We only buy from Ashley Furniture not only because of their quality but also because of their salespeople! I would highly recommend Ashley for anyone looking to buy any home furnishings

Stopped into the downtown location and very glad we did! Had been shopping around town and no place came close to Ashley’s offer. Other place in town even said one month for delivery. Ashley had the mattress delivered in one week and for a better price! Our salesman Tony was very good No pressure and let us try out different options and gave a lot of good advice in choosing the right one ..absolutely love our mattress!

Approximately 6:15 pm 1/30/2024... I was going to buy some furniture here and meet my 13 year old son and his friend as well. My son and friend got kicked out of the store, and they threatened to call security. When I asked if there's a specific reason why the direct quote was we just don't like kids here by themselves. Trading customers like that they're about to be the next store leaving the mall. I guess I will do business at a more customer friendly place.

We worked with Noah at the Woodbury location and he was fantastic. Helped us with all of our questions and didn't try to push us into anything that we were not interested in or above our price point. At other places we went to staff was either not friendly or assumed we were looking for financing. Noah was super friendly and knowledgeable, and also gave us time to browse. Highly recommend seeing him at Ashley!

I’m currently 19 years old. My gf is 20 and when go to look at the furniture. One of the employees walks up to me as I’m looking for a couch for my apartment and they tell us we have to leave because we don’t have parents with. The disrespect I felt is just unacceptable and I highly recommend going to other stores.

Salesman very VERY pushy. Annoying and full of himself. Bought here before but went to Nebraska Furniture instead. Very irritating. Son has just bought a couch here. Didn’t have that problem. Though we’d buy a new chair or two for our downstairs living room. Nope!

I went into Ashley not sure of what I wanted for new furniture. I was assisted by Jess and she was able to help me pick out the perfect living room set AND then asked me how I slept at night. She then helped me pick out a quality mattress that would give me better sleep at night. Although I thought this would not be in my budget, she had me quickly approved for financing with affordable monthly payments. Thank you Jess for putting in the effort to make me a happy customer.
