A friend told me about Apria so I looked them up. I have sleep apnea so I got a sleep apnea machine and get supplies sent to me every 6 months. They work with my insurance so all of this was a breeze. Couldn't ask for an easier transition from the last company I was working with.

Marrisa is the best!! We had been dealing with insurance issues and medical offices dropping the ball on getting Gary a wheelchair. The need for one started in June and it was not received by him until August! Insurance companies were out of network and I found Apria and met Marrisa. She processed the paperwork after having to request another order be put in. It was chaos! She kept on the mission and got the chair ordered and fully assembled for me to pick up. I highly recommend Apria for anyone needing DME.

I received my CPAP quicker than expected. Since they are all on backorder. When I received my order, I had a couple of questions and Marissa from Apria answered them with knowledge of the CPAP.

If you have another option do not use this place!! I was on hold for an hour and 30 mins talking to probably 6 different people whom I have to confirm my moms information to each time. My mom complains about this place well now I see why! Not a way to treat older people take care of you people don’t send them from person to person!!!!! They all had a different story, they asked me to pay a bill to make my order I did that in the first 5 mins and then no one could order for me!

I think some of representatives working out of the Sioux City location should go back through sales/customer service training. Wasn't very professional in my opinion....
