Yes I had called them a week prior to going down and purchasing this. They held it for me the whole time and they were very easy to work with very pleasant experience I would recommend anybody looking to go to a rent-to-own place to search Ace rent-to-own a locally-owned how did Nebraska. Had trouble with a laptop I rented n didn't even have it that long n could take up to a month to get back n both times the laptops were not reset, 2nd time came to my apartment with whole new laptop which was nice, the other one was pretty trashy, they have nice things there and there polite, could be better with there electronics, and checking to make sure things are properly programmed 3ready to go

James and crew were great! Super friendly and the customer service was on point. Went to several stores and Ace had the best inventory as far as options in stock. Highly recommend!

I paid my first payment because I was promised that my items would be delivered before a certain date. Was told even if they had to bring floor display it would be there. Was told a delivery time a week and a half later it was a no show with no phone call. Was given a different time I explained I would be at work but daughter would be there. They said no problem then again a no show but was a missed phone call because I was at work. Waiting for store to open because I need items TODAY because start new job Monday. Also made second payment and still haven't received my 2 items.was told it will be here this morning. Fingers crossed ?

Walked in and was treated like a long time friend. Very welcoming and very helpful. Got a dryer today and when it is paid off will be going back for washer.

I've bought stuff from them B4 and they are nice, caring and understanding of life's curve ball's. Yes you will pay more but sometimes its the only option u have.

I had a family emergency and couldn't pay on my things. Our local store here in Sioux City helped us to be able to keep our things. It was and is a huge relief that we aren't loosing our stuff. It's nice to have a place like this for people who need furniture or an appliance and can't come up with that large payment or who's credit may not be the best for those big box stores yet it is for rent to own. I took a old friend here they took care of him.
