Make it easy to schedule for basic oil change services, etc. They are willing to pick up vehicle for a minimal charge while we are at work without interrupting our day. Vehicle is brought back frequently washed and vacuumed!

1. Thorough - if your tires need rotating, they notice and ask if you want it done.2. I came in with a coupon, but the charge for the work completed was LESS than the coupon - so I paid the smaller amount. Thank you, Steve.3. I planned to wait while oil was changed. They put a sign in the car letting technicians know that, so my SUV was not neglected.4. Owner, salesman, and a technician (a man that I know) stopped in waiting room to say Hi.

I always appreciate the way they check things over and if they see an issue they call me and get my permission to remedy the problem instead of just fixing it and surprise me with added charges on the bill. I also appreciate the complimentary car wash.

Kathy and Jared are both so helpful! Kathy went above and beyond to help us get the Camaro for the weekend. We had family home and wanted to share with them and give them a chance to drive the Camaro. That kind of service you'd never get in a large city - we are so thankful!
