Who ever is delivering to west brook mobile homes on west 7th street need to pay attention and deliver the correct address. I searched for my package and ended up across the street and package was opened. This is not the first time this has happened. Job performances needs to be evaluated.

We called and stopped in to try and pick up a package that we knew was at the post office. We were leaving on a trip and really needed the package, but were leaving before mail delivery the next day. The person working was very rude to both my husband and myself, refusing to do anything to help us out. It’s a smaller post office so not that much to check and process. Very disappointed!

Our mail is very slow and inconsistent, and twice in the last month I’ve had to pay to pick up a letter that was sent to us that they said needed to be sent as a parcel for some arbitrary reason, leaving me to pay the extra postage… for mail that’s already arrived anyway.

Our mail is continually being brought to the wrong place or we get someone else's mail. Yesterday they brought my Amazon package to someone else. Still haven't received it!!

Lately I have been receiving a lot of packages that have already been opened before they get to me.
One of these packages contained a credit card which before we received it had already attempted a purchase for Amazon!
Awesome government official mail in my name was opened this is a federal offense and if it continues to happen I will make sure that this office gets closed down since I work with the federal government you work for us it is a privileged to have a job it is not your privilege to go through peoples mail.

postmaster called me once, basically yelled at me for sending my mail, in my name, to my mothers address (while having my own different address), and now writes passive aggressive notes on my mail whenever the apartment number isn’t included, even thought it’s not really my fault if the sender doesn’t include the it, especially when I’ve provided it. Dude needs an attitude check & to learn how to speak to people respectfully.

Older guy with gray hair in his late 40s early 50s gave me a bad experience enough to write a bad review. Don't work front desk if you don't like working with customers, it's not their fault you hate your job.

I've lived at the same address for 6 yrs now and my mai is always sent to Dordt University. It seems no care is taken when sorting mail in the mornings.

A package I shipped out from here was lost at the post office in Des Moines. The team at Sioux Center spent a week to track it down and not only helped to find it, but got it on its way to us. Best post office staff I have ever encountered.

I most of the time do not rate a Post Office..... This one is great if they were all like this they would not be in financial problems... Super staff!!!
