“I cannot say how appreciative I am of the staff at the Arnold’s in Sioux Center!!! I was traveling through moving my things home from college when my truck blew an alternator I was 2.5 hours away from home, and these fine gentleman not only got me the part I needed in short order (they had to get it from another store, which is okay!) but they loaned me the tools to tear it apart in their parking lot at no cost. They really went above and beyond and saved my bacon! Thank you all so much for your help!”

Our alternator went out during our vacation heading to Minnesota, the guys were so helpful in helping us get back on the road even though they were about to close, they went way beyond what we would expect a parts store to do for a customer, especially the guy who stayed and helped us the most (sorry we didn't get his name but he was so awesome) We were very grateful for their hospitality and generosity, such a godsend. “Completely fantastic experience. Needed some parts ASAP called and spoke to Kevin I was about an hour away as this was the last store that had my brake caliper on hand.
