Great company Lew,Denny,Ashley,Jaime,and the owner Heath are great people to work with and they treat you with nothing but respect but unfortunately I left the company because due to having the interior comfort mode which I hardly use and the battery saver shut completely off on the truck I wasn’t able to really sleep that well especially in high temp areas cause you need to run the epu on 4 clicks from center and the fan on 2 and it’s just wouldn’t cool the truck when it was over 100 degrees plus the truck I had which was 177 had battery issues they replaced them numerous time before me and one time when I was there then two weeks later I had to jump the truck so maybe the truck was to blame for some of that but if the owner ever changes his mind and allows his trucks to run the opti idle/battery saver I would go back in a heartbeat but I have been told that will never happen

Today marks 3 months here at HFC finally got a chance to meet the owner Heath…great man great business owner. This company IS family oriented and company oriented at the same time. If there’s an issue wit any little matter they will respectfully discuss it with you and how to change it for the better. I absolutely love working here. Go to the yard and you are able to talk to other drivers and other employees like Jaimie like they are your family.. HFC INC ….great place to be.

In the one month I've worked here definitely best trucking company I've drove for in 23 years of driving everyone is so helpful and no micro managing I can see me finishing my career here in the next 20 years 5 stars is not enough

I have been a driver for this company going on 4 years now and after over 20 years experience as a company driver I couldn't be more happy on my decision to work for them.Denny our dispatcher is down to earth and does not sugarcoat and I respect his business mindset.Lew is kind hearted yet he's not a fool and he is dedicated to the future of HFC and in my opinion he's way over qualified and we are lucky to have him build this company with us.The company CEO and Owner Heath spares no expenses on the quality of his equipment and out of the 4 years I've been here I have only had 1 time where I was down more than 3 days and that was because the mechanics from local venders called to the scene made big mistakes.The pay is amazing and I never have a hard time getting home when I need to and even when my personal life gets in the way they keep to themselves and don't ask questions which allows me to handle everything stress free without someone getting deep into my business.Bottom line this a Family Business dedicated to giving trucking families an opportunity to grow and I say this with no exaggeration.They are ROCK SOLID

Being investigated by the FMCSA because Lew and Heath are straight up liars. Guess yall should of thought twice before falsification of records to the Federal Clearinghouse.

Josh and Lew was great but Denny talks to you like your a dog and doesn't care.He told me he does what he wants and talks to you however he wants because he told me that he never lose his job.I did like working there because great miles makes great paycheck.So I moved to another company so would not be treated like a dog.If you go there good luck.I do want to give a thanks to Lew for the opportunity for working there. All the reviews are great so I'm curios how the woman driving truck 139 at the ta in wood river ne got a job there she came barreling thru the parking lot like it was the interstate then can't even manage to park in the lines in a pull thru spot
