Brought my car to them to get my torque converter replaced. Charged me 2k to have it replaced and said their work is under a 1 year warranty. A few months later the pump seal goes out and destroys the rest of the Transmission. The same seal they had to change out when they changed the converter. I went back to them and they wanted to charge me another 4k to rebuild or replace my Transmission. All their work was supposedly under a 1 year warranty. Avoid this place like the plague, they do not stand behind their word. And from other reviews I've read it is a reoccurring practice for them.

DID NOT DIAGNOSE MY TRUCK AT ALL
Now that I've taken the truck apart myself and found out it's not even the radiator which they said was cracked. So they missed diagnosed my truck and charg for unessary products

No one compares to Langstraat Autoworks for service and quality of work.
Answers any questions we have. Provides us suggestions and options ,giving us the choice of which way we want to proceed if something major is needed. Very honest and their customer Service is spectacular.

Always a great experience! A couple months ago they did the rear struts, and now just had them put 4 new tires on. They provide professional service while taking the time to talk through things with you. Mark and his team are great - wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Ok but never really seems concerned with problems makes you feel your more of an inconvenience than customer, hrs of operation are bad, couple of hours on the weekend closes at 5:30 weekly means you have to take time off from work to inconvenience them with your problem. Better rates at coop and in Sheldon.

WOW! Thank you to Mark and his crew for rescuing us after our tire blew out on the highway. It was after hours on a Friday. They came right away, hustled to get our rim rebuilt in a day, overnighted our special width tires, fixed our alignment, worked with our insurance company and got us back on the road on a Saturday. We'll be driving 200 miles from Omaha to Sibley for our tires from now on. They are that great to work with. Thank you!!

Great guys. I had a crew in the area working and a truck went down, they looked at it right away and got him back on the road. It's hard to find service like that these days. Highly recommend.

I’ve been to them a couple times, and to me, Mark, and the crew, are extremely professional. Mark explains any, and everything in detail also. They always got me in as soon as possible by appointment. Sure if it was an emergency, they would do what they could for you. Just very professional, and timely with the work done. Highly recommend. They took care of my lowered Charger RT.

They charged over $600 to do a alignment and then wouldn't stand behind the work that they did. When my sister's truck shot to the right and she had to fight it all the way home she was told that it's supposed to do that. We took it to a mechanic in Worthington and he fixed it and it's working a whole lot better now. I recommend avoiding this place. They overcharged for parts and for labor. And the biggest reason is they won't stand behind the work they do!!
