I’ve been traveling around the Great USA on my way through Canada and had to stop here for food, coffee, some needed essentials, & gas. I am pleasantly surprised to have had such FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE from the lady there by the name BETH. She went Above & Beyond to assist me with my purchase!!!!! I am a retired manager of a gas station/ convenience store and I know firsthand how hard it is to work through out the store. Beth didn’t miss a thing!!!!! She made the most DELICIOUS DONUTS!!!!!! Beth was incredibly HELPFUL, FRIENDLY and COURTEOUS!!!!! If you’re traveling through Sibley, Iowa you HAVE GOT TO visit this QuikStar!!!!!!!!!!!! Especially if you want to have THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!!!! Beth deserves recognition!!!!! Ten STARS!!!!!!!!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Kwik Star isn't your usual fuel station convenience store. Along with the expected snacks, quick foods, and drinks, it also has fresh produce that is priced lower than the downtown grocery. It's located very convenient to the highway and only 1.7 miles from Sibley city center. Besides fuel and groceries, it has a decent car wash that actually gets the dead bugs off the windscreen

No coffee this second one I've been that had coffee at night. I guess I be taking busy somewhere else. There like rest of the so called truck stop. They really don't want you around.

Pumps don't work. DEF doesn't work. Can't pump diesel because the un maintained pump covers flap in the wind and shut off the pump.5/3/23 pumps still are trash, no receipt at pump because they don't refill the printer, def doesn't shut off so def down the side of the truck and half a gallon on the ground. Water heater broken? Hasn't been open a year so the kitchen is shut down and no hot food. Maybe I'll try again in another year.

It's decent at everything but Chicken Tenders, they're horrible at Chicken Tenders.Really, other Kwik Star locations I have been to mastered Chicken Tenders, managing to get perfect crispyness while not being dry.This one fails at all that, it's unfortunate because it's one of the things that made me like other Kwik Star locations.When I say this location fails at Chicken Tenders I mean that quite literally, they are unfit to sell, do not purchase them.Perhaps I'm overly disappointed in the quality of their Chicken Tenders but mastering the basic functions of a gas station can't make up for failing at something as important as Chicken Tenders.

Good food , good prices, I rate it a 3 because needs MORE truck parking, I've read all reviews posted here , 2 people said 25 truck parking spots , I guess my math doesn't work the same , lol , a dozen ,maybe 15 truck spots at most

I love Kwik Trip and Kwik Star, so I go out of my way to visit when I travel. This store, though, was very disappointing both times I visited. Garbage by the gas pumps were overflowing both times (a Friday and a sunday), bathroom "personal" garbage was overflowing, 2 of the 3 stalls were completely out of toilet paper, both paper towel dispensers were either empty or not working, just generally a very dirty feel and smell.. I told the rude cashier and she literally rolled her eyes and blew it off. I'll keep visiting, but I'll skip the Sibley store from now on. On a plus side, there was plenty of hot food available and the girl that was checking and filling it was very polite.
