We were very pleased with the time the individuals took time to show and explain about the vehicle we were interested. The staff did a good job explaining the rebates and financing available. They were attentive to what we were interested in and were not pushy.

Kelby was an amazing salesman at Papiks in Sibley. He worked with me while I was on a hunting trip to order my vehicle on the day the order window opened. I had no cell service but he knew exactly what I needed and got it done. 6 months later and I got my vehicle. He kept in constant touch throughout the entire process. When it came time to pay, there were ZERO additional fees over MSRP. ZERO. I've heard and seen horror stories from other dealers of massive upcharges...not at Papiks. This was an easy and pleasant experience and a testament to Kelby as a salesman and person and to Papiks as a business. Couldn't be more happy!

I previously wrote a review after Larry towed my daughter's car when she had a terrible accident on June 25. Larry and his wife were so kind and helpful. I want to continue to share how wonderful Larry and his wife are. We drove back to Sibley June 27 to get to get the license plates off our daughter's car. Larry was at the dealership and visited with us. He told my husband about a car he thought our daughter would be interested in. June 29 we drove back to his dealership for our daughter to purchase the car. Larry and his wife were not only patient, understanding, and considerate, they also helped us every step of the way during this purchase. The Jeddelohs have amazing customer service. They go above and beyond to help their customers. I would highly recommend them for your vehicle needs!

I have a lot of trust in their service department, especially Dave and Matt, they are top-notch. Honest and dependable mechanics and a grease monkey. Can usually get in same day or next day. If they say it needs to be fixed, I trust that it does need fixed now, and they don't try to sell you on unnecessary repairs (or ones that can wait). Labor rate is high, but you can trust them to do quality honest work. On the sales side, Jeddeloh usually has a small selection of high-quality, late-model vehicles.
