I had my water pump go out and my car was un-driveable and if I’m being honest I was kind of freaking out before I got into their shop and talked to them about the issues my car had. I was quickly reassured that they could fix it and they even worked with me and helped me figure out how I would pay for the fix. That is an act of customer service that no one has to do but I really do strongly recommend trusting Shenandoah tire and auto with your car. If I could rate more than five stars I would in an instant.

We can't say enough GREAT about Mark and his crew. On top of everything that had happened on our trip to Iowa, our rear tires had gone bad and the front ones weren't far from it and we needed to get back to Oregon ASAP. Mark immediately placed an order to replace the tires plus did an alignment and balance. We had to stay an extra day in Shenandoah but it all turned out great. We can't thank Mark enough for his kindness and understanding. We would recommend Mark's Shenandoah Tire and Auto to anyone, any time. Thank you guys!!
