HONESTLY... I want to change pharmacies because it has gone down hill. The ONLY reasons I have not switched yet is because of Kelli, Ann, & Ed they are they IMP the only friendly, helpful, & kind pharmacists left. If any of these 3 leave, then unfortunately I will switch my Pharmacies to SMC. So the 3 of them need to be acknowledged & shown appreciation by HyVee IMP.

I'm not sure what is the root of such bad practices on a daily basis is. Meds are rarely done when they say they will be done. They lose prescriptions after filling them. They seem dumbfounded by simple requests or questions.Today was the best though.....I came to get my meds for a medical procedure im having done this morning. The pharmacy is closed. They have no pharmacist. Maybe one will come in. Maybe not. How does that help me with my medical procedure this morning? Pretty sure people's lives can depend on meds that this terrible place has ready but not able to give. I'm really confused that hyvee thinks this is OK.

I can't believe I'm still alive. This pharmacy has the worst customer service I've ever dealt withI called in refills.on Tuesday, called Saturday to get meds, was told they didn't have med in store? WHAT??? So I went without heart med and blood pressure med all weekend! This is not acceptable! I've gotten the same meds for 2 years, from hyvee! Now I'm suffering because they didn't have meds in pharmacy!! I'm getting my scripts out of this hillbilly pharmacy! If you value your life. Don't go thru this place

First of all it should not take almost a whole day to fill a prescription. I have never had thet happen at another pharmacy ever. When a dr calls it in it especially within a decent time frame it should be filled for that day and would be nice if they were better at letting you know that it is ready. You have plenty of employees behind the counter to handle all the customers that need things done. I see other places with less employees do better.

Janet in the kitchen makes the best breakfast and happy to know that she can still make my favorite breakfast and its so worth the drive from Clarinda to Shenandoah to have breakfast

We had breakfast in the Deli here today and I was far from impressed! Normally bacon, eggs and pancakes are pretty hard to screw up. Unfortunately, they managed to mess it up pretty badly here. The bacon was burnt to black, and for the most part, inedible. Over easy eggs, barely cooked. We always specify "with the meal" when ordering milk so it's cold and fresh, our milks arrived well before our breakfast despite our specific request. No one ever bothered to stop by our table to ask how our meals were! Needless to say, we'll find somewhere else for our Sunday breakfast from here on out.

I would like to do a shout-out to Dani in the Bakery. I called her with an untraditional birthday cake idea with very short notice. As I explained what I wanted she didn’t hesitate one bit. When I picked up the cake it was perfect and it tasted amazing. Thank you Dani!!!

Very very friendly except for one gentleman. Very slow although they seem like they try to get things done quickly for you. Repeated miscommunications on plans for pickup or delivery. No matter how much advance notice you give them, prescriptions most likely are never ready. The main delivery driver is AWESOME. He's so friendly and accommodating in doing whatever he can to make sure you get your prescription(s).

Great store and they go out of their way to help you find what you want. Only store in all of SW Iowa or all of Nebraska to carry my favorite unsweetened green tea!! You guys are the best! Keep up the fine work you do. Truly is a helpful smile in every aisle

Alicia in the pharmacy is the kindest person, and she has stayed late more than once to fill a prescription for my one year old, when we get discharged late from the hospital. She and her Co workers go above and beyond for us , and I can't thank them enough.
