Our family was recently in the market to upgrade our RV. We had an older travel trailer that was our first rig and had decided that RV'ing was something we enjoyed. A little newer, bigger, and nicer rig for our growing kids seemed like the logical next step. We shopped around for awhile stopping at different lots and looking at different trailers. We had found a few we liked, but were never "wowed" by and of the salesmen who had helped us. That all changed as soon as we contacted SWRV about one of their trailers we found online. Their prompt communication and product knowledge was immediately impressive. We set up an appointment to stop and in check out the trailer and Roger made sure it was ready for us when we got there. We knew right then and there that SWRV and this rig was exactly the right fit for our family and they earned our business by doing everything "the right way". They were accommodating to our unique schedule and to us waiting for a new truck to pull the rig. Everything about the purchase of our new trailer was as easy as it could possibly be and that is 100% due to SWRV being top notch professionals. 10/10 would recommend and they have earned all of our business when it comes to RV's.
