These amazing people literally saved our family vacation. Our Ford Expedition broke down on our way from Omaha to Grand Rapids for vacation. Fortunately one of our kids had to go to the bathroom and we pulled over in Sheldon. As soon as we did we could hear the grinding coming from the front of the vehicle. The local Ford dealership said he could look at our Expedition in THREE DAYS!!! We checked around and found Morgan. They went WAY above and beyond in getting us immediately in and getting our vehicle repaired. They worked into the night past normal hours and was finished by 9am the next morning. The bill was 1/2 of what I was expecting looking into similar repair cost online. I wish I could give them MORE than 5 stars as it does not do justice to the gratefulness that my family and I feel. Thank you so much! I was telling anyone who would listen at the Cobblestone Hotel where we stayed about how great Moran was. What I found that any of the locals already knew and fully agreed that they were just as AWSOME as we had experienced. So I guess they are just good people and do what is best for their customers as a rule of thumb. So very happy for all they did for us. So lucky we broke down in Sheldon instead of middle of nowhere and no one around like Morgan who might be able to help us so fast.

Was having surgery and needed oil changed and tires rotated. Boyfriend decided to stay local this time as did not have time to run to our normal dealership. He asked for oil change, tire rotation and check brakes & rotors. They did change the cabin air filter. Needless to say our normal mechanic does all this for around $100. They marked up each quart of oil like $6 and when all said and done a $100 oil change costs us $350. Do not recommend going there unless got extra money laying around.

I appreciate the hard work ethic Rich and Paula have instilled into their business. They’re fair priced and above all else the repairs are done right the first time. Anyone who strives for perfection in my book is good enough for me! I trust them to always give me honest recommendations. Thank you Paula and Rich for a positive experience every time!

Not that I like having my vehicles in the shop, but when I do I know they are being home aken care of properly! Paula and the crew always get me in as quick as they can and are easy to work with. Thanks Morgan crew for keeping my family and I safe!

I went to them a couple weeks ago for my back window to get replaced and now I can’t use my powered lift gate bc they didn’t pull in a wire and also Paula is rude and snotty

Had them come out to pull my straight truck out of the ditch. Took all of 30 minutes. Charged me $695. Quick work, but the price is unacceptable. Contrast that with a tow for a different straight truck I had done last month - 100 miles and cost less than this job. Will not use them again.

Paula is rude and she favors different people. U shouldn't do that when working in a business she even started being rude when I called there to set up to bring car inI won't ever go back. I'm a single mom with 2 girls and that is the only car we have.

This business goes above and beyond. They have been our go to and we trust Rich and Paula 100% with all of our vehicles . They never talk you into repairs not necessary or tell you more than what the vehicle needs. They want you to be safe.
